These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the cs8v website and platform, including all games, promotions, and services offered. • Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or any gaming ban issued by cs8v, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory authority. Attempting to register or play while self-excluded is a serious breach of these Terms.
• One Account Only: You may hold only one (1) active cs8v account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited, and any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed with balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
• Own Identity Only: You must register using your own true identity. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or registering on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

To access the full features of the cs8v platform, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must create a verified cs8v account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information.

• Accurate Information: You must provide your true legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and email address during registration. cs8v may request supporting documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) to verify the information provided.
• KYC Verification: All cs8v accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. • Profile Updates: You must keep your account information current and accurate. You must promptly update your cs8v account if any of your registered details change, particularly your contact number, email address, or payment method.
• Account Currency: cs8v accounts for Philippine-based players are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) by default. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

cs8v supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for Filipino players. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. cs8v does not accept deposits from third parties, and any third-party deposits identified will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Accepted Methods: cs8v accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at cs8v's discretion with prior notice where reasonably practicable.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may be subject to enhanced due diligence under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your cs8v wallet within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay) are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• No Deposit Fees: cs8v does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply its own transaction fees, over which cs8v has no control.
• Own Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you, are not proceeds of illegal activity, and that you are not depositing on behalf of any third party. cs8v complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. cs8v is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

cs8v is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions.

• KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawal privileges are only available to KYC-verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until verification is completed successfully.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: cs8v targets same-day processing for GCash withdrawal requests submitted by verified players. Most GCash cashouts are processed within 30 minutes to a few hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on file for your account. cs8v does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• Wagering Requirements: If your account balance includes bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, you may not withdraw until those requirements have been met. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
• Right to Withhold: cs8v reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of AML checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse. cs8v will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player as promptly as reasonably possible.

cs8v offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. The following general terms apply to all cs8v bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• cs8v's Right to Modify Promotions: cs8v reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In such cases, any bonus funds already credited and being actively played by eligible players will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

All games available on the cs8v platform are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules will prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes, and these Terms will prevail for matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct.

• RNG Certification: All cs8v slot games, table games, and virtual sports outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited to ensure fair, unbiased results. cs8v does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue, cs8v reserves the right to void any wager placed during the affected period. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cs8v platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to providing false identification documents, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity or location.
• Money Laundering: Using the cs8v platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction involving proceeds of criminal activity. cs8v has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and fully cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, cs8v employees, or game providers to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, sharing hand information in live games, or coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the cs8v platform in a manner that is not purely manual human input.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain an advantage in any game or to generate credits. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known software error will be voided.

• Breach of Terms: cs8v may immediately suspend or close an account if the account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including engaging in prohibited conduct, providing false information, or attempting to defraud cs8v or other players.
• Regulatory Requirement: cs8v may be required by PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, or another competent authority to suspend or close an account or withhold funds pending investigation. cs8v will comply with all such legally mandated requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

cs8v reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where a longer notice period is required by applicable law or regulation. All amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the cs8v platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, cs8v will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
